Spring has sprung. But don’t tell that to everyone who is still experiencing snow and other weird unseasonable weather — what’s up with the weather these days anyway? Freak floods and torrential rains, blizzards, droughts, massive hurricanes, terrifying tornados, everywhere around the world people are experiencing one or more of these things.
